1、 Main purpose:

The automobile Four door two cover durability test bench, also known as the four door two cover durability test bench, simulates the manual opening and closing process of various passenger car doors and covers to evaluate the durability performance of various components of the door and cover system.

2、 Product Technical Features:

1. Each drive system is completely independent and can be combined in different ways to meet different testing needs;

2. Four doors and two covers can be integrated into one device for testing, or multiple vehicles can be tested simultaneously;

3. It is possible to conduct durability tests on two vehicles simultaneously, with one vehicle conducting durability tests on the four side doors and the other vehicle conducting durability tests on the front and rear covers;

4. As the test bench has 7 test modules, it can conduct durability tests on up to 7 vehicles simultaneously;

When the experiment does not require all modules to operate simultaneously, unnecessary modules can be removed to save test space and ensure the cleanliness of the test site;

6. Due to the complete independence of each module, adjustment is convenient and fast, reducing the operational intensity of the testing personnel and facilitating the testing process.

4、 Detection range:

The hinges of the left front door, right front door, left rear door, right rear door, back door, trunk lid, front hood cover, side door locks, front hood locks, trunk lid locks, as well as the side door limiters and rear lid gas springs of the car.

5、 Testing items:

Unlock, open, and close the outer and inner handles of the front, rear, left, and right side doors;

2. Unlock the main lock, unlock the interlock, open and close the front cover (divided into two sections);

3. Unlocking (electronic unlocking or simulated manual unlocking), opening, and closing of the back cover;

4. Durability test of door hinges;

5. Durability test of electric glass lifter (testing the mechanical life, working current, and stalling current of the electric glass lifter).
